تنظّم هذه الشروط تعاملك مع استوديو نَول (Nool Studio) في أبوظبي عند طلب أي من خدماتنا عبر موقع noolstudio.ae أو قنوات التواصل الخاصة بنا. ويُعدّ قبولك لعرض السعر أو سدادك للدفعة الأولى موافقةً على هذه الشروط.
الخدمات ونطاق العمل
نقدّم تصميم المواقع الإلكترونية وأنظمة الحجز وأتمتة حجوزات واتساب وتطبيقات الجوال. ويحدد عرض السعر المكتوب نطاق كل مشروع ومدته وسعره، وأي عمل خارج هذا النطاق يُسعَّر بعرض مستقل بعد موافقتك.
التصوّر المجاني
نصمّم تصوّرًا لواجهة الصفحة الرئيسية خلال يومي عمل دون أي التزام منك، ويبقى التصوّر ملكًا لاستوديو نَول ما لم يُعتمد المشروع.
الأسعار والدفع
- الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وفق العرض المعتمد، ولا تشمل رسوم تسجيل النطاق ولا رسوم رسائل واتساب، وتُدفع هذه لمزوّديها بالتكلفة.
- يُسدَّد نصف المبلغ عند بدء العمل، والنصف الآخر بعد اعتمادك للعمل وقبل التسليم النهائي، وتُسدَّد التطبيقات على ثلاث مراحل.
- يتم الدفع عبر رابط دفع إلكتروني أو تحويل بنكي، ويصدر لك إيصال بكل دفعة.
مدة التسليم
تبدأ مدة التسليم المذكورة في العرض من تاريخ استلام الدفعة الأولى والمحتوى المطلوب منك، كالنصوص والصور والشعار، وأي تأخير في تزويدنا بالمحتوى يمدّد المدة بقدره.
التعديلات
تشمل كل باقة التعديلات الواقعة ضمن النطاق المتفق عليه قبل الاعتماد النهائي، أما التعديلات الجوهرية أو الإضافات بعد الاعتماد فتُسعَّر بعرض مستقل.
الملكية
- يُسجَّل النطاق باسمك منذ البداية.
- تنتقل إليك ملكية التصميم والمحتوى الخاص بمشروعك بعد سداد المبلغ كاملًا.
- يحق لاستوديو نَول عرض المشروع ضمن أعماله ما لم تطلب خلاف ذلك كتابيًا.
الاشتراكات والصيانة الشهرية
باقة الصفحة الشهرية بمبلغ 199 درهمًا شهريًا لمدة اثني عشر شهرًا، وتشمل إبقاء الموقع يعمل طوال المدة وحتى تعديلين صغيرين في الشهر (سعر أو صورة أو رقم أو ساعات)، والنطاق باسمك وعلى حسابك. واشتراك حجوزات واتساب بمبلغ 299 درهمًا شهريًا بحد أدنى ثلاثة أشهر، ويشمل تشغيل النظام وإصلاح الأعطال وحتى تعديلين صغيرين في الشهر. وصيانة نظام الحجز الخاص مجانية في الشهر الأول، ثم اختيارية بمبلغ 299 درهمًا شهريًا وتشمل الأمور نفسها. ويمكن إيقاف الاشتراكات الاختيارية بإشعار مكتوب قبل نهاية الشهر الجاري، دون استرداد ما سُدِّد عن الأشهر السابقة. وتشمل باقات الدفع لمرة واحدة استضافة الموقع دون رسوم سنوية ما دام على خوادم نَول، وتُسعَّر التعديلات بعد التسليم بعرض مستقل. وفي التطبيقات تكون حسابات متجري Apple وGoogle باسمك وعلى حسابك.
الإلغاء
يمكنك إلغاء المشروع في أي وقت بإشعار مكتوب. وإذا أُلغي بعد بدء العمل، يُحتسب ما أُنجز حتى تاريخ الإلغاء من الدفعة الأولى، ويُرد إليك ما يزيد عليه.
حدود المسؤولية
نبذل العناية المهنية في كل مشروع، ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن انقطاع خدمات الأطراف الأخرى كالاستضافة وواتساب وبوابات الدفع، ولا عن المحتوى الذي تزوّدنا به. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في أي حال قيمة ما دفعته عن المشروع المعني.
القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وإمارة أبوظبي، وتختص محاكم أبوظبي بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

These terms govern your dealings with Nool Studio in Abu Dhabi when you request any of our services through noolstudio.ae or our contact channels. Accepting a quote or paying the first instalment means you agree to these terms.
Services and scope
We design websites, booking systems, WhatsApp booking automation and mobile apps. The written quote sets each project's scope, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is priced in a separate quote after you approve it.
Free concept
We design a homepage concept within two working days with no obligation. The concept remains Nool Studio's property unless the project goes ahead.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in UAE dirhams as per the approved quote and exclude domain registration and WhatsApp message fees, which are paid to their providers at cost.
- Half is paid when work starts and half after you approve the work, before final handover. Apps are paid in three stages.
- Payment is by online payment link or bank transfer, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
Timeline
The delivery time in the quote starts once we receive the first payment and the content we need from you, such as text, images and logo. Delays in providing content extend the timeline accordingly.
Revisions
Each package includes revisions within the agreed scope before final approval. Major changes or additions after approval are priced separately.
Ownership
- The domain is registered in your name from the start.
- Ownership of your project's design and content passes to you once paid in full.
- Nool Studio may show the project in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Monthly plans and maintenance
The monthly one-page plan is AED 199 a month for twelve months and includes keeping the site online and up to two small edits a month (a price, a photo, a number or opening hours); the domain is in your name and paid by you. The WhatsApp booking subscription is AED 299 a month with a three-month minimum and covers running the system, fixing faults and up to two small edits a month. Maintenance for a private booking system is free for the first month, then optional at AED 299 a month with the same scope. Optional subscriptions can be stopped with written notice before the end of the current month, with no refund for months already paid. One-time packages include hosting with no annual fee while the site is on Nool servers; edits after handover are quoted separately. For apps, the Apple and Google store accounts are in your name and paid by you.
Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time in writing. If it is cancelled after work starts, the work completed up to that date is charged against the first payment and any balance is refunded.
Limitation of liability
We apply professional care to every project. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services such as hosting, WhatsApp or payment gateways, or for content you provide. Our liability never exceeds the amount you paid for the project concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
