توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع استوديو نَول بياناتك الشخصية ويستخدمها ويحميها عند زيارتك موقع noolstudio.ae أو تواصلك معنا، وذلك وفق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية.

البيانات التي نجمعها
- عند إرسال نموذج التواصل: الاسم، واسم المشروع (اختياري)، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف (اختياري)، والباقة المطلوبة، ونص رسالتك.
- عند مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني: عنوان بريدك واسمك كما يظهران في الرسالة، ومحتوى الرسالة.
- لأغراض الحماية من الرسائل المزعجة: رمز مشفّر أحادي الاتجاه مشتق من عنوان IP يُحذف تلقائياً بعد أيام قليلة، ولا نحتفظ بالعنوان نفسه. ويتحقق Cloudflare Turnstile من أن المرسِل إنسان.
لماذا نستخدمها
نستخدم بياناتك للرد على طلبك، وإعداد التصوّر المبدئي وعرض السعر، ومتابعة التواصل معك بشأن المشروع. ونعتمد في ذلك على موافقتك عند إرسال النموذج، وعلى اتخاذ الخطوات التي تطلبها قبل التعاقد.
لا نستخدم بياناتك في التسويق دون موافقة منفصلة منك، ولا نبيعها ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراضها الخاصة.
الجهات التي تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنا
- Cloudflare: استضافة الموقع وقاعدة البيانات، واستقبال البريد الإلكتروني، والتحقق من الزوار.
- Resend: إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني، وخوادمها في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
- Google Fonts: تحميل خطوط الموقع، ويتلقى بذلك عنوان IP الخاص بمتصفحك.
يعني ذلك أن بياناتك قد تُنقل وتُعالج خارج دولة الإمارات، ونعتمد في ذلك على اتفاقيات معالجة البيانات والضمانات التعاقدية التي تقدمها هذه الجهات.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بالمراسلات وبيانات التواصل مدة أقصاها 24 شهراً من آخر تواصل بيننا، ثم نحذفها، ما لم يقتضِ عقد قائم أو التزام قانوني الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول.
حقوقك
يحق لك في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو تقييد معالجتها، أو الاعتراض عليها، أو سحب موافقتك. أرسل طلبك إلى hello@noolstudio.ae وسنرد عليك خلال 30 يوماً. ولا يؤثر سحب الموافقة في مشروعية المعالجة التي تمت قبله.
حماية البيانات
تنتقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ولا يطّلع على الرسائل إلا صاحب الاستوديو من خلال لوحة محمية بكلمة مرور.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط
لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية ولا أدوات تتبّع. يحفظ الموقع اختيارك للغة في متصفحك فقط، وقد يستخدم Cloudflare Turnstile ملفات ضرورية لإتمام التحقق.
تحديث هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر خدماتنا أو المتطلبات القانونية، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.
Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Nool Studio collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit noolstudio.ae or contact us, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who is responsible
Nool Studio (نَول), a web studio in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, business name (optional), email, phone number (optional), the package you choose and your message.
- When you email us: your email address and name as they appear on the message, and its content.
- To block spam: a one-way hashed token derived from your IP address, deleted automatically after a few days. We do not store the IP address itself. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is human.
Why we use it
We use your data to reply to your request, prepare your draft and quote, and follow up with you about the project. We rely on the consent you give when you send the form and on taking the steps you ask for before a contract.
We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell, rent or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database, inbound email and visitor checks.
- Resend: sending email, with servers in the United States.
- Google Fonts: serving the site’s fonts, which means it receives your browser’s IP address.
This means your data may be transferred and processed outside the UAE. We rely on these providers’ data processing agreements and contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for no more than 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless an active contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to withdraw your consent. Email hello@noolstudio.ae and we will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the studio owner can read messages, through a password-protected dashboard.
Cookies
We use no advertising cookies or trackers. The site remembers your language choice in your browser only, and Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary cookies to complete its check.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or legal requirements change, and will publish the new version on this page with its date.
